  • Check-in is at 4:00 P.M. Check-out is at 11:00 A.M.

    Please reach out for additional information about early check-ins or late check-outs (an additional fee may apply). We are a small team, but we will try our best to accommodate what our guests need.

    Please notify us if you are planning to arrive later than 8:00 P.M. All rooms have digital touchpads for keyless entry as we do NOT have a front desk.

  • The Legacy Inn is unfortunately unable to accommodate your four legged friends. As a result, Pets are NOT permitted on Legacy Inn property.

    Failure to comply in full with the Legacy Inn’s animal policies will result in immediate eviction and/or additional charges to the credit card on file for required cleaning and any assessed damages.

    Disabled persons may be accompanied by a nationally registered service dog which has been trained to perform a specific task with prior approval. Emotional support dogs are not permitted.

    For the benefit of future guests with allergies, please keep the impact of any service animal to a minimum by having them professionally groomed before your arrival and keeping them off of all furniture. Additional fees will apply, otherwise. Never leave an animal unattended at the Inn.

  • Our payment processor (Stripe) supports all major credit cards. All reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

    We are not able to accept cash.

  • Due to our limited availability, reservations must cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a refund.

    ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE LEGACY INN.

  • Due to limited parking onsite we ask that you only bring one car per room. If you need to bring more than one there is public parking two lots down from our inn.

  • Smoking is not allowed on Legacy Inn Property.

    Occupancy in our hotel is limited to registered guests staying at the Legacy Inn, unless the full property or an event space has been rented.

    Rooms requiring excessive cleaning or containing damage will be the responsibility of the guests and fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Fees will be charged at the discretion of The Legacy Inn.

  • The Legacy Inn requires guests to be 21 years of age to stay at the property. Please reach out to discuss options for families available if you rent the entire home.
